Seasons of Introspection is my debut five song EP as a singer-songwriter. It explores questions of identity, belonging, uncertainty, and home.
The cycle moves through five landscapes: an autumn lake, drifting Arctic ice, the stillness of winter, the meeting of rivers, and the clear mountain air of spring. There is no summer. Not every question needs an answer. Sometimes the journey changes us more than the destination.

CommunauThé grew out of a simple desire to create a place where people could share the creative gifts they had been given. It began in 2021 with One Heart One Mind, a collaborative songwriting project led by O.N.E Band. What followed was a journey of collaboration with local churches and cafés that gradually grew into a semi-regular series of performances.
Along the way, CommunauThé became more than a music project. It became a gathering place where artists and supporters could contribute to a community that continues to grow.
Chang Ayeyi began with a simple question from my friend, Dr. Asantewaa Okyere-Folson: What if we wrote a song together?
The name combines 唱 (chàng), the Mandarin word for "to sing," and ayeyi, the Twi word for "praise." It reflects our cultural backgrounds and the heart of the project. Over time, that simple question grew into an ongoing collaboration with musicians and creatives in Canada and Ghana, shaped by friendship and a desire to create music that brings joy.
