Working in healthcare, I've often wondered why implementing change can feel so much harder than coming up with new ideas. The first full day of our Innovation module at Oxford began to answer that question in ways I hadn't expected.

What does it mean to see systems clearly, and to belong within them? A week in Oxford pressed that question through experiments, conversation, and group projects, revealing how leadership is formed as much in community as in theory.

This year I started the Global Health Leadership Programme, a two-year hybrid master’s at Oxford with 23 participants from different health systems around the world.
